PolyHealth · the complete handbook

Everything PolyHealth does for your facility, and your network.

The full story: the connected network, the AI agents, the specialty and public-health modules, the way you run the facility day to day, and the standards it is built on. Read it through, or jump to what you need.

The story

Somewhere right now, a patient is referred to a hospital, and the hospital has no idea they are coming.

The clinic wrote a note on paper. The lab results are on another phone. The pharmacy across town cannot see the prescription. The patient carries the whole story in their head, and tells it again at every door.

PolyHealth changes that. A facility signs up and is running the same day: departments, staff, patients, and the modules it needs. Then the part no one else does, it joins a network. A referral becomes a message that carries the records with it. A prescription reaches the pharmacy electronically. A lab order goes to the lab and the result comes back to the right chart. One master patient index means one patient, one story, across every facility that touches them.

Every facility gets the tools a teaching hospital has, white-labelled, on any phone, in their language, and connected to the network around them. PolyHealth. Where care follows the patient.

The connected network

One ecosystem, 29 facility types.

PolyHealth is not a single-hospital EMR. It is a health-information-exchange that links every kind of facility, so each one keeps its own records and still shares what the patient needs shared: e-referrals, e-prescriptions, e-lab-orders, consent, and a master patient index.

TierFacility typesWhat the network does for them
Acute & referralReferral and regional hospitals, district hospitals, clinics, health centresReceive and send referrals with full records; one patient identity across sites
DiagnosticsLaboratories, imaging, blood bankE-lab-orders in, results back to the right chart; shared specimen and supply tracking
MedicinesPharmacies, dispensariesE-prescriptions arrive electronically; stock and dispensing tied to the patient record
SpecialtyDental, dialysis, oncology, HIV and TB clinics, maternitySpecialty workflows on the same network, referrals both ways
Community & transportCommunity health workers, ambulance servicesField encounters and transfers tied to the same record
Finance & supplyHealth insurance and HMOs, medical-equipment vendorsClaims and coverage, plus an in-network equipment and supply channel
Training & One HealthNursing and midwifery schools, veterinary practicesTraining facilities and One Health sites in the same connected system

The AI

Thirteen agents, each named, each in their lane.

PolyHealth does not bolt one chatbot onto a chart. It runs a team of role-scoped agents grounded in a knowledge base of around 80 entries, so each one answers from real policy, not guesswork.

Guide & training

Sidonie is the platform guide and walks new facilities through onboarding. Delphine runs training and certification for staff.

Clinical & diagnostics

Anye is the clinical advisor, Lum the lab assistant, Aza the pharmacy assistant, and Asat handles triage and the emergency department.

Operations & assurance

Ngum works revenue and billing, Achu is the country-rules expert, Diamond covers equipment, and Atabs is the data guardian running quietly in the background.

Patients & WhatsApp

Nsoh is the patient companion in the app. Fru is the WhatsApp patient bot for booking and questions, and Ngoh is the WhatsApp B2B medical-equipment-sales bot, both with multi-language greetings.

Specialty & public health

The modules a generic pitch leaves out.

Equipment & cold chain

A 19-page equipment and asset module: maintenance schedules, a risk class on every device, and cold-chain temperature logs so vaccines and reagents stay safe and auditable.

Blood bank & mortuary

Blood bank stock, typing, and issue, plus a mortuary register, the parts of a real hospital most software pretends do not exist.

Maternity & NICU

Maternity and newborn intensive care workflows for the moments that matter most, on the same connected record.

Infection control & surveillance

Infection control plus DHIS2 disease surveillance, so an outbreak signal reaches the regulator the way the rules require.

Clinical decision support

The system does the math while the clinician decides, with guidance grounded in WHO SMART Guidelines.

Alerts that fire on the data

Abnormal vitals trigger an alert the instant they are recorded, so the safety net is automatic, not a memory test.

Running the facility

The whole operation, in one place.

HR & payroll

Staff records, scheduling, and payroll with country-specific tax and labour rules, plus attendance enforced by geofence, selfie, and WiFi so the timesheet reflects who was really there.

Finance

Billing, invoicing, claims, and revenue tracking, with a country-aware chart of accounts.

Supply & pharmacy

Inventory, dispensing, reorder points, and stock tied to the patient record, connected across the network for in-network supply.

Labs

Order entry, specimen tracking, and results that flow straight back to the right chart, from inside the facility or from a network lab.

Public health & the regulator

Reporting that meets the rules, automatically.

PolyHealth speaks the regulator's language. Disease surveillance feeds DHIS2 and integrated disease surveillance and response (IDSR), infection-control data is captured at the point of care, and the platform aligns with WHO digital-health standards (ICD-11 for coding, FHIR for exchange, DHIS2 for reporting, and SMART Guidelines for clinical logic). The reporting a ministry demands stops being a fire drill and becomes a button.

Payments

The way the market actually pays.

Cards

Stripe for card payments, for facilities and patients who pay that way.

Mobile money

NotchPay for MTN MoMo and Orange Money in Cameroon, the rail most patients really use.

Pan-African

Flutterwave for Nigeria, Kenya, and Ghana, so the same checkout works across borders.

Built right

Yours, everywhere, and private.
