TransitOS · Logistics & Fleet

One OS for everything that moves.

An offline-first operating system for trucking, fleets, last-mile, and moving crews. One verified load flows from dispatch to pickup to delivery to invoice, GPS-stamped and signed, and it all works with zero bars of signal. Six AI agents price the lane, match the driver, predict the ETA, and bill the load. In English, Spanish, and French.

The problem

The pain it kills.

A driver loses signal on a long haul and the app stops working. Arrival times are guessed, detention goes unbilled, proof of delivery is a paper scrawl that does not hold up in a dispute, and the office stitches together separate tools for dispatch, hours of service, billing, and tracking. Records do not follow the load, money is left on the table, and the systems that exist assume a perfect connection the road never has.

TransitOS runs everything that moves on one platform. A dispatcher posts a load, the TSI agent matches the best driver and RATEIQ prices the lane, and the driver works it from a phone that keeps a live Hours-of-Service clock even with no connection. Arrival is GPS-stamped inside a geofence, freight condition is documented with photos, the shipper signs a tamper-proof bill of lading carrying a GPS fix and a SHA-256 hash, and detention is billed to the minute from the same stamps. NTSE predicts the ETA, ATABS builds the invoice, ACHU quotes household moves from an AI virtual survey, and NSOH watches FMCSA compliance. Every action is queued offline and syncs the instant signal returns, so nothing is ever lost. Built offline-first, with light and dark themes, in English, Spanish, and French.

How it works

How it works.

1. Dispatch and price in seconds

Post a load and the TSI agent proposes the best driver while RATEIQ prices the lane from real history. One tap dispatches it to the driver, online or off.

2. Run the road offline

The driver gets a live Hours-of-Service clock, the active load, and the next stop on a phone that works with zero bars. Arrival is GPS-stamped inside the geofence, no tap needed.

3. Prove every load

Document freight with photos, count the pieces, and capture a shipper signature carrying a GPS fix, timestamp, device fingerprint, and a tamper-proof SHA-256 hash. Detention is tracked to the minute.

4. Bill and sync

NTSE shares a live ETA, ATABS builds the invoice with detention included, and everything queued offline syncs the moment signal returns. Nothing is ever lost.

What you get

One platform, everything in its place.

"One OS for everything that moves."

Who it is for

Who it is for.

Carriers, fleet operators, owner-operators, last-mile couriers, and moving companies - any operation that runs drivers and loads on the road and cannot depend on a perfect signal. Built offline-first for the way trucking actually works.
