The story
Somewhere right now, a ten-year-old is the best player on her pitch, and nobody is keeping track.
Her coach runs the team from a group chat and memory. Her best goal lives on a parent's phone and never reaches a scout. Her family is never quite sure when training is, or what they owe.
NdamBa changes that in under a minute. The academy signs up, and every player gets a profile that grows with them, Recreation, Foundation, Development, Elite, with evaluations that are fair to their age and the position they actually play. After each game the coach logs the stats, and the AI watches the film and clips each child's highlights by jersey number. Fees, attendance, announcements, and a family chat run themselves.
The development model

Players sit in one of four stages, and evaluations adapt to each child's age band and position, so a young goalkeeper is measured like a goalkeeper, not a striker.

The pillars
Each player is scored against age-appropriate skills grouped into development pillars, technical, tactical, physical, mental, game IQ, coachability & character (respect, teamwork, sportsmanship, discipline), and match impact. Tactical and controlled-aggression skills only appear at the ages where they belong, so younger players are never marked down for what they have not been taught yet.
Development DNA & growth trends
From the scores, NdamBa builds a growth-trend chart and an AI-written Development DNA, a plain-language summary of who the player is becoming, plus a training-overload risk alert so no child is pushed too hard.
The AI
It does the coach's paperwork.
Evaluate from video
Upload a clip or a full match; the AI watches the player by shirt number and drafts scores across every metric, even body-language read of character. The coach confirms or adjusts in minutes.
