NdamBa changes that in under a minute. The academy signs up, and every player gets a profile that grows with them - Recreation, Foundation, Development, Elite - with evaluations that are fair to their age and the position they actually play.
After each game the coach logs the stats, and the AI watches the film and clips each child's highlights by jersey number. A smart coaching board picks the best eleven from how each player is truly developing, then grades how well the team followed the plan - naming who stepped up, and exactly how each one gets better.
Fees, attendance, announcements and a Slack-grade family chat run themselves, with reminders that reach a parent on WhatsApp. Charts and printable reports tell the whole story to the board - and the academy's own AI assistant answers families day or night.
