Step 1

- Open transitos.us on your phone and add it to your home screen, so it installs and works offline.
- Sign in, then pick your language (English, Spanish, or French), your theme (light or dark), and your units (imperial or metric).
- Add your drivers and trucks, and upload credentials so NSOH can watch expiry dates for you.
Step 2
Post and dispatch a load (dispatcher).
- Create the load: pickup, delivery, freight details, and any time windows.
- Let TSI propose the best driver and RATEIQ price the lane from real history; adjust if you want.
- Tap dispatch. The load reaches the driver whether they are online or off; it will sync when their phone has signal.
Step 3
Run the road (driver).
- Open the app. You see your active load, the next stop, and a live Hours-of-Service clock, all working with zero bars.
- Drive. Truck-legal routing keeps you on roads your rig is allowed to use, and NTSE shares your live ETA.
- On arrival, the phone GPS-stamps you inside the geofence automatically. You do not need to tap anything.
Step 4
Prove the load (driver).
- Document the freight with photos and count the pieces.
- Have the shipper sign on the phone. The signature captures a GPS fix, a timestamp, a device fingerprint, and a tamper-proof SHA-256 hash.
- That bill of lading and proof of delivery now hold up in a dispute. Everything you captured queues offline and syncs later.
Step 5
Bill, settle, and sync.
- ATABS builds the invoice from the load and the stamps, with detention computed to the minute from the arrival and departure times.
- Driver settlements are generated from the same records, so pay and billing agree.
- The moment any phone regains signal, every queued action syncs. Nothing is lost.
Step 6
Quote a household move (ACHU).
- Start a moving quote and let ACHU run an AI virtual survey.
- Review the priced job, adjust, and send it to the customer, all in the same app.

Stay compliant and ask Milot.
