- Browse the houses; each keeps its own brand, story, and pieces.
- Ask that house's AI concierge about fit, fabric, and occasion - it knows the house's work and timelines.
- For final pricing or bridal work, the concierge connects you to a person.

Order, or organize a ceremony.
- Place an order or commission a piece; your fit profile is already attached.
- Dressing a wedding or naming ceremony? Start a group order, invite the party, and let SaBi handle deposits, installments, and group discounts.
- Follow your order status in your own language at every step.
For houses · Step 4
Set up your house.
- Onboard your house and set your brand colours and storefront, so it feels like yours, not a template.
- Choose your pricing model: commission, ready-to-wear, negotiable, or tiered.
- Set your capability matrix - bespoke, alterations, appointments - so customers see only what you offer.
For houses · Step 5
Train your concierge and go live.
- Give the concierge your design philosophy, fabrics, founder story, and timelines, in your voice.
- Decide what it answers and where it hands off to you (final pricing, bridal work).
- Publish. Customers can now find you, use their shared fit profile, and commission your work in three languages.
