Chapter 1
One home, many houses, each itself.
SaBi is a multi-tenant marketplace for independent African heritage fashion. A bespoke atelier, an affordable-luxury label, and a ceremonial-wear designer can all live under one SaBi home, yet each runs as its own storefront with its own brand colours, pricing model, capabilities, and concierge persona. SaBi never templates a house into sameness; the shared system is underneath, and the identity stays on top.
That is the whole philosophy: amplify the maker's voice, and make the buyer's life simple. The chapters below are how.
Chapter 2
Measure once, shop every house.
A customer fills one fit profile - height, chest, waist, hip, inseam, sleeve - and every house on SaBi uses it. No re-measuring per shop, fewer returns, and gifting becomes easy because the measurements travel with the customer. It is the single most important convenience in fashion commerce, and on SaBi it is shared by design.
Chapter 3
An AI concierge for every house.
Trained on the house
Each concierge knows its house's design philosophy, fabrics, founder story, and timelines, so it answers fit, fabric, and occasion questions in the house's own voice.
Knows when to hand off
It turns browsing into commissioning, then escalates final pricing and bridal work to a human, so the craft and the relationship stay personal where it matters.
Chapter 4
Built for ceremonies.
The diaspora's biggest fashion moments are collective: weddings, naming ceremonies, formal events where a whole party dresses together. SaBi's group ordering coordinates a bridal party or a family in one place, with deposits, installments, and group discounts handled by the shared infrastructure, so the organizer is not chasing everyone by message.
Chapter 5
Pricing that fits each house.
- Commission, ready-to-wear, negotiable, or tiered - each house chooses its own pricing model.
- Capability matrices so a house surfaces only what it offers: bespoke, alterations, appointments, and more.
- Deposits and installments for higher-value commissions, handled on the shared payment infrastructure.
Chapter 6
Trilingual, mobile, and white-labelled.
- English, Spanish, and French from launch, across the interface, the products, and order status.
- Works on any phone and installs like an app, so customers and houses need nothing special.
- Each house is white-labelled under one SaBi home, keeping its identity while sharing the engine.
- Database-enforced privacy and observability from the shared TaTech platform.
