Step by step guide

Run your tournament in NdamBa League.

From sign up to the trophy, in ten clear steps. Each one takes minutes, and you can have a real tournament live the same day.

This guide walks an organizer through a full event. Each step takes minutes. You can have a real tournament live the same day.

1

Create your organizer account

Sign in at league.ndamba.app and create your organizer. This is your control center. You can invite admins, referees, and coaches later with the right access for each role.

2

Start a tournament

Choose a format template (for example groups plus knockout, or pool play to Cup and Plate) or build your own. Set the name, dates, venue and fields, and your brand logo and colors.

Tip: a template fills in the format, advancement, and tie breakers for you, and everything stays editable.
3

Add divisions

Create a division for each age group, gender, or skill flight. Set the game format per division (4v4, 7v7, 9v9, 11v11), half length, and roster cap. One event can run little ones and adults at once.

4

Register teams and build rosters

Add teams yourself, or open registration so teams sign up. Each team builds a roster of players and adds its coaches by name, role, email, and phone.

  • Set a team registration fee and optional player fees.
  • Teams pay online and you track paid, waived, and owing.
5

Verify players with the passport

On each roster, capture residency and ID, then run the one click check to confirm name, age, and document. Open the Flags screen (the flag icon) to review anything the system flagged, and Clear or Confirm each one before kickoff.

Tip: this is how you stop age and identity cheating, all in one screen.
6

Seed and draw

Seed the teams and let the platform draw pools and brackets automatically. Override any placement by hand if you want full control.

7

Schedule and assign referees

Generate the fixtures and place them on fields and time slots, respecting rest gaps. Assign a referee to each match.

8

Run match day

Open the live console for each fixture. Enter the score, goals by player, cards, and substitutions. Standings and the public page update instantly.

Tip: on a field with no signal, keep recording. Results queue offline and sync automatically when you reconnect.
9

Advance to the knockout

When the group stage ends, draw the knockout from the final ranks with one click. The bracket fills itself, and consolation rounds keep everyone playing.

10

Publish, celebrate, and communicate

Publish the public portal so players and fans follow live. The awards engine computes Champion, Golden Boot, Golden Glove, MVP, and Fair Play from real results. Use chat, and add phone numbers to mirror a channel to WhatsApp and SMS so no one misses a change.
