ImmiReady · Immigration & Legal Access

The whole immigration journey, in one place. Prepared, not alone.

A private, mobile-first AI companion for the entire immigration journey - figuring out your path, filing, the wait, the interview, and what happens after the decision - and, on the other side, a complete practice-management platform for the law firms and legal-aid clinics that serve them. Immigrants map every pathway, get a step-by-step plan, track USCIS status, monitor their work permit, and hire a vetted lawyer in the app. Firms run their whole practice: matters, billing and trust (IOLTA) accounting, invoicing with card payments, a leads CRM, document templates with e-sign, and a public firm marketplace. In English, Spanish, and French.

The problem

The pain it kills.

The U.S. immigration system is overwhelming, expensive, and unforgiving of small mistakes - a missed one-year asylum deadline, an expired work permit, or a wrong form can end a case. Most people navigate it with no lawyer, in a second language, terrified of getting something wrong. And life changes (a marriage, a denial, a delay) rarely fit one neat box, so generic guides fall short. The biggest blind spot is after the decision, exactly where people are left to figure it out alone.

ImmiReady puts the whole immigration journey in one calm, private place, including the part most tools skip: what happens AFTER the decision. A companion named Fru answers in plain language and synthesizes real, combined situations (a pending asylum case after marrying a citizen, a denial, a case stuck for years) into a step-by-step plan, supported by AI tools that do the heavy lifting (document evaluation, case prep, mock interview, and affidavit or mandamus drafting, all powered by advanced AI). The Immigration Pathways map walks every route end to end, including after approval (green card to conditions removal to citizenship) and after denial (motions, appeals, Writ of Mandamus, removal defense), and a library of 34 real-life scenarios turns a worried question into a clear plan. The traps that quietly end cases are tracked: a case-specific document checklist, live USCIS status by receipt number, deadline reminders, and an EAD work-permit monitor. Then it does what a guide cannot: a two-sided attorney marketplace lets you find and hire a vetted attorney, send an engagement request, sign a generated contract, and have documents reviewed, without leaving the app. And for the firms on the other side, ImmiReady is now a complete practice-management platform: a matters board with calendar and per-case-type workflow templates, time and expense tracking, invoicing with online card payments and payment plans, trust/IOLTA accounting with overdraw safeguards, a client-and-leads CRM, conflict-of-interest checks, staff roles and permissions, a reusable document-template library with e-signature, and an analytics dashboard. Enrolled firms appear in a public marketplace with their in-house lawyer rosters, ratings, and reviews, where prospective clients compare them and request a consultation that lands straight in the firm pipeline. Always framed as information, never legal advice. Built mobile-first and offline-capable, in English, Spanish, and French.

How it works

How it works.

1. A companion who explains and plans

Fru answers in plain language in EN, ES, or FR and synthesizes combined situations into a step-by-step plan, with a suite of AI tools (document evaluation, case prep, mock interview, affidavit and mandamus drafting, all powered by advanced AI) - always labeled as information, never legal advice.

2. See the whole journey

The Immigration Pathways map covers every route end to end, including after the decision: approval to green card to removing conditions to citizenship, or denial to motions, appeals, mandamus, and removal defense. Browse 34 real-life scenarios and hand the closest one to Fru.

3. Never lapse, never miss

A case-specific document checklist, live USCIS status checks by receipt number, deadline reminders, a work-permit (EAD) monitor that computes your renewal window and 540-day auto-extension, plus a cross-reference check and a case-strength view.

4. Hire a lawyer in the app

A two-sided attorney marketplace lets you find and hire a vetted attorney, send an engagement request, review and sign a generated contract, and have documents reviewed, all inside the app, alongside a free / low-cost attorney directory.

5. For firms: run the whole practice

The firm side is a complete practice-management platform: a matters board with calendar/docketing and per-case-type workflow templates, time and expense tracking, invoicing with online card payments and trust (IOLTA) accounting with overdraw safeguards, a client-and-leads CRM, conflict-of-interest checks, staff roles and permissions, a document-template library with e-signature, and an analytics dashboard - plus a public firm listing with in-house lawyer rosters, reviews, and consultation requests routed into the CRM.

6. Help and safety when it counts

A self-help Writ of Mandamus generator for unreasonable delays, Know Your Rights, a Community tab with group chat to walk the path together, and a quick-exit button to leave instantly if a moment turns unsafe.

What you get

One platform, everything in its place.

"The whole immigration journey, in one place. Prepared, not alone."
