The story

Every business runs as its own branded storefront with its own name, colours, and products. It feels like the store built it, not a row on someone else's grid.

Order, pickup, and pay your way

Customers order online, watch the status, pay before or on arrival by CashApp, Zelle, or cash, and collect with a pickup PIN. No guessing whether an order landed or is ready.

A QR poster and branded receipts

Each store gets a printable QR poster for the counter and the window, and every receipt carries the store's name, so walk-ins and online buyers meet the same brand.

In-app chat

Buyers and stores talk inside the app, so a question about an order, a price, or a pickup never gets lost in a separate inbox.

List anything

Anyone lists an item with photos and a price, and the whole community can search and watchlist it. The market is the people, not just the stores.

Best-offer, buy-now, or auction

Sell at a fixed price, take best offers, or run a live auction with proxy max-bids that bid on a buyer's behalf up to their limit.

Anti-snipe and proxy bids

Last-second bids extend the auction so it stays fair, and proxy max-bids mean a buyer sets their ceiling once and the system bids for them.

Escrow until delivery

Payment is held in escrow and released only when the item is delivered, so both sides trade with confidence.

Real estate

A full property manager, plus public stays.

AkongNe brings real estate onto the same rail with a complete property manager: units, leases, rent invoices, maintenance requests, and owner reports, all in one place. A landlord can run a whole portfolio from a phone, and the same listing can also be opened as a public stay for short-term guests to book directly.

The automation engine

Every event can fire a message or a workflow.

An events bus sits under the whole marketplace, and owners write their own rules on top of it. A bid, an outbid, a new inquiry, an order ready for pickup, any event can fire an owner-configurable SMS or in-app message, or kick off a workflow. The messaging is A2P-10DLC compliant, so stores reach customers the right way, automatically, instead of typing the same update by hand all day.
