Step by step guide

Start at home, grow into a school.

From a family account to a fully managed K-12 school, in twelve clear steps. Start with your children today; add the school suite whenever you are ready.

The first half sets up a family; the second turns the same account into a complete school. Everything is editable later, so begin simply.

1

Create your family account

Sign up at learnwithagnes.com and pick your language from 21 options. One secure account holds your whole family, and it works on any phone, even offline.

2

Add each child

Add your children, each with their own age and level. Every child gets their own space and pace, and role-based privacy means each child sees only their own world.

3

Choose the curriculum and learning profile

Select the child's exact grade and curriculum framework. Add interests and family values so Agnes can make explanations familiar without changing the approved objectives or difficulty. Every child keeps a separate mastery history.

Tip: a family can live in one country and explicitly follow another country's curriculum. Residence never silently overrides the family's choice.
4

Explore the 15 zones and adaptive worlds

Open the fifteen learning zones, from Math Kingdom, Reading Rainbow, and Coding Camp to Money Matters, the Cultural Corner, and a full Faith Journey. Adaptive worlds use named stages, visible goals, streaks, sound, equipment rewards, and non-punitive retries.

Tip: the Cultural Corner celebrates exactly who your child is, in their own language, and Faith Journey adds a 7-activity zone for families who want it.
5

Meet Agnes and the companions

Agnes, the voiced guide, leads a cast of 46 named AI companions and subject tutors who answer questions and encourage each child in their own language, so no child learns alone. Children unlock reward companions as they grow.

6

Set controls, play together, and celebrate

Set per-child screen-time limits, then open Play Together for a shared-screen game, cooperative room, friendly race, duel, or staged tournament. Open Celebrations for achievements, certificates, streaks, standings, and family rewards.

  • Healthy limits per child.
  • Progress you can see at a glance.
7

Get help with homework

Open Homework Helper. Take a clear photo, choose an existing image from the computer or phone, or type the question. Preview the page, scan it, then reveal the explanation one step at a time. Tap the speaker once to hear Agnes read the step using the active child's name.

8

Open your school

When you are ready to run a school, the same account becomes the full K-12 school suite, white-labelled with your name, logo, and colours, with its own academic-year settings and pricing.

9

Set up students, classes, and the timetable

Enrol students, build classes, assign teachers, and lay out the timetable. Open the teacher, parent, and student portals, and let teachers build lessons with the AI Lesson Builder for each class.

10

Run grades, attendance, and report cards

Record grades and attendance, manage curriculum, assignments, and behavior, and generate report cards, each printable and branded with your school's name and logo.

11

Manage fees, HR, payroll, scholarships, and training

Track fees, run HR and payroll with printable payslips, and award scholarships that print as real letters a child can carry home. Assign mandatory role-based staff training, gated by an 80% quiz, and host a live virtual classroom with host mode.

Tip: every payslip, report card, and scholarship letter prints branded with the school's name and the TaTech motto.
12

See the whole picture

Open reports and branded, printable documents for the view a head teacher and parents need, on any phone, even offline. Use the in-app test runner and platform console to keep everything healthy.
