Step by step guide

Start at home, grow into a school.

From a family account to a fully managed K-12 school, in ten clear steps. Start with your children today; add the school suite whenever you are ready.

The first half sets up a family; the second turns the same account into a complete school. Everything is editable later, so begin simply.

1

Create your family account

Sign up at learnwithagnes.com and pick your language from 21 options. One secure account holds your whole family, and it works on any phone, even offline.

2

Add each child

Add your children, each with their own age and level. Every child gets their own space and pace, and role-based privacy means each child sees only their own world.

3

Explore the 16 zones

Open the sixteen learning zones, from Math Kingdom, Reading Rainbow, and Coding Camp to Money Matters, the Cultural Corner, a Pre-K zone, and a full Faith Journey. Each game teaches first, then tests, across about 270 games.

Tip: the Cultural Corner celebrates exactly who your child is, in their own language, and Faith Journey adds a 7-activity zone for families who want it.
4

Meet Agnes and the companions

Agnes, the voiced guide, leads a cast of 47 named AI companions and subject tutors who answer questions and encourage each child in their own language, so no child learns alone. Children unlock reward companions as they grow.

5

Set screen-time and the daily challenge

Set per-child screen-time limits, follow each child's progress analytics, and turn on the daily challenge, family chat, a chore-economy, family duels, and a shared world tour.

  • Healthy limits per child.
  • Progress you can see at a glance.
6

Open your school

When you are ready to run a school, the same account becomes the full K-12 school suite, white-labelled with your name, logo, and colours, with its own academic-year settings and pricing.

7

Set up students, classes, and the timetable

Enrol students, build classes, assign teachers, and lay out the timetable. Open the teacher, parent, and student portals, and let teachers build lessons with the AI Lesson Builder for each class.

8

Run grades, attendance, and report cards

Record grades and attendance, manage curriculum, assignments, and behavior, and generate report cards, each printable and branded with your school's name and logo.

9

Manage fees, HR, payroll, scholarships, and training

Track fees, run HR and payroll with printable payslips, and award scholarships that print as real letters a child can carry home. Assign mandatory role-based staff training, gated by an 80% quiz, and host a live virtual classroom with host mode.

Tip: every payslip, report card, and scholarship letter prints branded with the school's name and the TaTech motto.
10

See the whole picture

Open reports and branded, printable documents for the view a head teacher and parents need, on any phone, even offline. Use the in-app test runner and platform console to keep everything healthy.
