YM SHOTS turns a photographer's phone-call bookings into a smooth self-serve business. Clients book a session online (or via a personal invite link the photographer generates on a call), pay an advance with proof of payment, and the photographer signs off, which auto-blocks the calendar. After the shoot, the client opens a private, watermarked, view-only gallery (no downloads, optional passcode), selects which photos to edit, and the count multiplies the per-photo edit price into a balance. The photographer uploads the finished images and grants download only after full payment. Around the money flow sits everything the business needs: in-app chat that beats WhatsApp (with reminders posted straight into the thread from the calendar), no-show auto-cancel on a configurable grace window, client and photographer cancel/reschedule, returning-customer discounts, referral links, reviews as social proof, and YO, an AI assistant that answers clients from the photographer's own live prices and an editable knowledge base. Everything is owner-editable, nothing hardcoded. Bilingual French and English, mobile-money friendly (XAF), built for Cameroon and beyond.

The problem
Lifestyle photographers run their business out of WhatsApp threads and memory: bookings get double-booked, advances are chased by hand, no-shows burn slots, and proofs get screenshot and shared before anyone pays. Clients want their photos but the photographer has no clean way to show proofs, price the edits, take payment, and deliver, all in one place. The gallery tools that exist only deliver files; they do not run the booking, the money, or the conversation.
How it works
Book and lock the slot
Clients book a session online or via a personal invite link; only genuinely open slots show (calendar-aware, in the photographer's timezone). An advance plus proof of payment confirms it, and the calendar blocks itself.
Deliver proofs, not downloads
After the shoot the client opens a private, watermarked, view-only gallery (optional passcode) and taps the photos they want edited. No clean image ever leaves until it is paid for.
Price by selection, pay, then download
The number of selected photos multiplies the per-photo edit price into a balance. The photographer uploads the finished images and grants download only after full payment, with a branded, e-signed receipt at every step.
