Getting started
1. Sign in with your phone.
- Open the app and enter your phone number.
- You receive a one-time code by WhatsApp (or SMS). Enter it to sign in. No passwords to forget.
- Your role (owner, manager, seller, caretaker, rider) decides what you see. One app, the right view for each person.
Set up
2. Create your business.
Pick the kind of business you run and AghaNwi sets up the right tools. You can run more than one on the same account.
A shop
Open a Verified Shop, add products by name and photo (no barcodes needed), set prices, and you are ready to sell.
A property
Add your buildings and units, set the rent and the cadence, and assign a caretaker.
An import business
Record shipments and their lines, track them from origin to received, and reconcile what actually arrived.
An employer
Add staff, set a workplace, and turn on kiosk or geofence clock-in.
Selling
3. Take a sale through escrow.
- A buyer places an order. Their payment is held safely in escrow (mobile money or recorded cash), not released yet.
- You deliver the goods and capture proof: a photo, the location, and the time, all stamped automatically.
- The buyer confirms delivery and the money is released to you. If something is wrong, the dispute holds the funds until it is resolved. Nobody gets scammed.
The community market
4. Buy and sell in Wuna Market.
- List an item with photos: a fixed price, a best-offer, or an auction.
- Buyers send offers or place proxy bids. You accept, counter, or let the auction run.
- When you accept, the sale moves onto the same escrow and proof rail as a shop sale.
Renting
5. Collect rent without chasing it.
- Create a lease for a tenant on a unit. Set the rent and the due day.
- AghaNwi raises the invoice each period. The tenant pays by mobile money or cash.
- Your share and the platform fee are split automatically, and every payment is logged with a name.
Your people
6. Keep agents accountable.
- Staff clock in by kiosk selfie, NFC tap, or phone geofence, so attendance is real, not claimed.
- Caretakers, sellers, and riders are paid through the platform, not in skimmable cash.
- Scheduled counts and segregated duties make any shortfall traceable to a person.
Seeing everything
7. Watch the whole business from anywhere.
The owner dashboard shows what was received, what was sold, what is still on hand, and what is unaccounted, each with a name attached. You see your money and your stock in real time, whether you are in Douala or in the diaspora.
